OVERVIEW
Vaco Dallas is seeking a skilled
ERP Product Manager for a Direct hire opportunity in the North Dallas, TX area. The ERP Product Manager will lead the management of the Finance and Operations D365 ERP Product. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring that software objectives align with business goals. You will be responsible for guiding the development of ERP solutions, focusing on D365 Finance and Operations (F&O), and ensuring that these solutions enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- ERP Solution Management: Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of D365 Finance and Operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison between business and IT teams, gathering requirements, defining system processes, and ensuring continuous communication for project success.
- Business Process Optimization: Analyze and document business processes to develop software requirements that improve operational efficiency and meet business needs.
- Backlog and Prioritization: Manage the product backlog, prioritize business requirements, and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to guide iterative improvements.
- Agile Methodology: Lead agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement, ensuring clear priorities and efficient team collaboration.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the ERP team, supporting their professional growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- User Story Development: Collaborate with business and technical teams to create clear user stories and manage them through the development lifecycle.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure solution implementation follows governance best practices, and assist with system upgrades, testing, and user training.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive the evolution of D365 F&O functionalities, ensuring that new features and capabilities meet the evolving needs of the business.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- 8-10 years of experience in ERP solutions, with a focus on Finance and Operations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with D365 Finance and Operations in a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record in managing ERP projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Product Owner certification
* Familiarity with international logistics and supply chain management
In our commitment to transparency throughout the hiring process, we provide a target annual base salary range of $120,000 - $145,000 for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) experience, work location, and skills. Additionally, this position is eligible for comprehensive benefits provided by the hiring employer.
